The Society’s Work

The Tenth Judicial Circuit Historical Society was created in 2016 to preserve the rich history of the Tenth Judicial Circuit and contribute to the community.

Member funded activities include:

  • Public education
  • Accumulate historical information including oral history, photos, old cases, books, etc.
  • In Memoria; accepting periodic donations in memory of members from the circuit for specific or general purposes within the Society
  • Engage in good works including school outreach, support efforts of bar education programs, etc.
  • Partner with the Polk County Historical Museum, Florida Bar, LBA, etc.

The Tenth Judicial Historical Society, Inc. is a non-profit with an IRS 501(c)(3) approval.
